- If you email us, we receive your message and email address and use them only to reply.
- We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising.

Jelista Strategies Inc., a company based in Ontario, Canada, operates this website. Our privacy officer handles privacy questions at support@jelista.ca.
What this policy covers
This policy covers the corporate website at jelista.ca. It does not cover our products. Each product (for example Marivo at getmarivo.com) is run as a separate business with its own data and its own privacy policy, which you can read on that product's website.
Information we receive, and when
When you visit this website
Your browser sends the details that every web request includes: your IP address, the page requested, the time, and your browser's user-agent string. Cloudflare, our hosting provider, receives these details to deliver the page and protect the site from abuse. The website itself sets no cookies, has no forms, loads nothing from other websites and runs no scripts.
When you email us
If you write to us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you put in your message.
How we use it
- Request details: to serve the website and keep it secure.
- Email: to answer you, and to keep a record of the conversation.
We do not sell personal information, use it for advertising, or combine it with data from our products.

How long we keep it
- Request details: we do not keep our own copies. Cloudflare keeps request logs under its own retention policies.
- Email: for up to two years after our last exchange, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or we need it longer to meet a legal obligation.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@jelista.ca with “Privacy” in the subject line. We aim to reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Children
This website is for businesses and organizations. It is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
Changes
If we make a material change to this policy, we will update it on this page and change the effective date before the change takes effect.
